Raw Food Made Easy: This is my first Raw Food book, and I find the recipes easy to follow and they taste great. We are over 65 and love the new challange of making raw meals. My goal is to make one meal everyday "raw" along with modern day macrobiotic meals that we have enjoyed for years! We definately feel very energetic and inspired. No matter what age a person is, I believe we must focus on wellness and understand that we become what we eat! Raw Foods are an excellent choice, especially when their are organic. Praise goes... Great recipes!: I am new to raw foods (3 months), and am really enjoying this book. The recipes are delicious; just as good as cooked, and without the stuffed feeling, lack of energy, or the cravings to overeat (especially desserts). This is a wonderful and (even more importantly) simple book. The recipes are great and easy to prepare. I highly recommend it. Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 people: Raw Food Made Easy For 1 or 2 People Add this to your Raw Food Library. The recipes are easy to create quickly and are delicious and creative. A real winner for those trying the Raw Food way for the first time. Many will become favorites and even family and friends not doing raw food will enjoy them.
