Very Technical Resource For Home Canning:
While I did enjoy reading this book, I found it to be quite technical for a beginner such as myself. The recipes were limited and the proportions were huge. I liked the standards they provided for food safety, but would have loved to have seen some ideas for a smaller family like my own.
