The tilting handle offers a better grip in higher-torque situations, and allows for working in tight spaces. Screwdriver great, batteries suck:

We have 2 of these units that we have been using for about 5 years. Use is pretty heavy - probably 10,000 screws a year each.
Screwdrivers work great, but the battery chargers go out. Usually, if the charger goes out, it ruins the battery plugged into it.
I've probably bought 12 batteries or so, and about 5 chargers.

Great Product:

I've had my Milwaukee cordless screwdriver for eight years and is still running fine and the batteries are still holding a charge. This screwdriver has dropped a number of times and put through the worst conditions and works as good as the day I received it eight years ago. Though one battery is quilting out after sitting over the week end. It is well worth the investment for anyone to own. Batteries and chargers are the weak point for these I have used the drivers I have 2 for years they made a good driver but I have been through so many batteries and chargers I have lost count, I have spent way too much on replacement batteries and chargers, it is so darn comfortable and easy to use that I keep buying them but I see there is a different company making one very similar for less than the charger cost so I dare this one to go out now

Adequate small power screwdriver:

I bought this for the times when my DeWalt DW920K 7.2 v power screwdriver was too bulky. The DeWalt is a MUCH better tool for about the same price (with 2 batteries) and only is beaten by the Milwaukee on compactness/weight. The Milwaukee suffers from poor ergonomics and a slick plastic housing that makes it hard to grip. The power switch is not very comfortable to use thanks to location. There is no on-tool bit storage (really dumb). Power is adequate (2.4 v) at best. Plus you would think that for this... more info
