good meat grinder:

i bought it to grind meat for sausage and it does a pretty good job. i prefer the meat to be ground a little rougher (not so finely ground), but the sausage still turned out tasty.

pasta?:

i read the reviews and decided to try it inspite of the one stars. i did not get it off amazon but from sur la table $$$ and paid the msrp. i got it here because of their return polocy (if i hated it i can return it and get the roller attachment no questions asked and no return shipping). so i tryed the basic egg noodle they had in the booklet and it was just too wet. so i had to reprocess the whole batch with more dry ingredents. the texture is really meally and then i stuffed it into the extruder. it... more info

This is one super meat grinder!!! I am heavily medicated, so I can't use it at the present, but we buy top cuts of sirloin & my husband LOVEs to grind our own. makes all the difference in the world & you won't get cooties from the butcher's grinder that runs all kinds of meat risks due to some poor health regulations. Pasta Maker:

Great product...except it did not come with the stomper. You need the stomper to make the pasta...so make sure that you get the pasta maker with the stomper.
