Razor-sharp blade - Automatically positioned at ideal cutting angle
Editorial Review:
Bosch 3365 The Bosch 3365 is a great general-purpose planer for both the tradesman and discriminating do-it-yourselfer. The powerful 5 amp motor features a no-load speed of 18,000 rpm and an exclusive Bosch wood-razor carbide blade. It is the toughest, most durable planer blade available and lasts up to two times longer than other blades. The electronically counterbalanced single-blade drum design gives you smooth operation, while the edge-guide fence ensures consistent planing through the entire work piece. A convenient chip eject directs shavings left or right. There's also an extra-long 10-foot flexible rubber cord for extended work areas. Your purchase includes two reversible wood-razor blades, edge guide, vacuum adapters for 1-1/4-inch, 1-1/2-inch, and 35 mm hoses, blade wrench, and an extra set of carbide blades ($14.99 value).

Super Planer:
The Bosch 3365 is by far one of the best planers out. Even with its single blade it easily outperforms the double blade dewalt and a makita models. No regrets in buying it.
great dust collection:
Dust collection is downright awesome w/ my WAP 840A vacuum. Well built power planer.
The little planer that could!:
I put this guy to the test with a project that should have been beyond it's limits and it performed like a star! Unable to remove the finish from some 85 yr old oak flooring by sanding or scraping, this planer saved the day. In a pinch, I actualy planed about 500 sq feet of oak flooring (in place) with this unit - a task greater than what it was designed for I'm guessing. Probably 40 hours of actual use on that project and the planer just kept going. Now, I did go through about a dozen blades in that... more info
