I purchased this spatula six years ago when I decided to get rid of everything plastic in my kitchen. Like all the other WMF products, I am impressed with the quality and durability. My only caution: if you like to leave utensils in the pan, this is not for you. As with other Profi Plus items, the handle is heavier than the "flipper" part, so that most of the time it will see-saw out of the pan & make a terrific mess.
