This pleasingly plump, gleaming white soup tureen adorned with fruit and flowers is as ready for hot butternut squash soup in autumn as it is for cold gazpacho in summer. The all-white round lid has an opening for the gracefully curved handle of the all-white ladle. The round bowl of the ladle holds about 2/3 cup of liquid, and has two little knobs on the bottom for resting securely on the table or counter. Holding 4 quarts, the round tureen is 7-1/2 inches high with a span of 6-1/2 inches at the mouth.
