Good set of Tongs:
I was sick of scratching up my pans with the set of metal tons we had so I finally ordered a pair of these. They're worked great.
Long Tongs:
Here's what I was looking for: a pair of tongs safe enough to use on my non-stick skillets. I was also thinking they should be short. These tongs fit one of those requirements. Though long, their one-piece construction means I won't have to deal with the tips falling off (most tongs being metal with nylon on the ends). The action is nice, stiff, but not too much so. I love these simple scratch free tongs. They are a bit oversized and combersome but they do open up large enough to pick up big pieces of meat.
