I gave this puppy a test run the firat day i owned it. At 8pm I made a full kettle of hot tea, depositing most of it into the Thermos. I drank it throughout the next day, and at 5pm it was still sufficiently hot I had to sip it. Virtually no loss in heat whasoever. I have yet to try it for cold liquids, but that is not what I bought it for. Great thermos:
I originally bought this thermos to bring protein shakes to work. The thermos did keeps the shakes really cold for hours but the smoothie would separate very quickly and would lose flavor (not the fault of the thermos). So now I pretty much use it for milk, which it does keep cold all day. Thermos seals very well, so well, it's often hard for me to unscrew the cap because of the suction ( I have to enlist the help of a coworker), but this does prevent leaks. This thermal bottles keeps the water HOT after 12 hours. It is still warm after almost 2 days. 34 oz is not big enough for me, but the size of the bottle is good.

This is a great thermos that I have been using pretty much daily. I originally bought it due to not drinking enough water so I wanted to drink more on my way to work. Though did not want to deal with either taking my own glass, or a disposable one in the car, and also worry about it spilling. So I looked around and bought this one from amazon.
