Beautiful form AND function!:
My kids love when I make tiny silver-dollar pancakes, and this tool is just right for flipping them on the griddle. The gently arched handle (which I didn't realize it had when I ordered it) is fantastic! It feels great in your hand and enables you to maneuver a crowded pan with ease. The flat end is blade-thin and easily slides under tender and delicate items, but is still very strong. A real precision cooking tool. (Bonus: Looks beautiful, too!)
