This vacuum cleans up concentrated areas of dustbunnies or heavier messes, such as dry food spills or splinters of broken glass, with the greatest of ease. A permanent filter collects all dust and particles and blocks them from getting into and damaging the motor, extending the life of this vacuum. The filter is removable and washable for cleaning, and regular maintenance keeps the vacuum's suction at its most efficient. The Aspira's nozzle is a transparent blue plastic so it is easy to see when the filter is full and ready for emptying.
This hand vacuum includes two useful accessories: a crevice tool for cleaning along baseboards and in-between radiator slats and a dusting brush for furniture, curtains, or carpet. Disappointed:
I have two battery operated vacuums. One is B&D "Dust Buster" and the other is the Delonghi "Aspira". The B&D is by far the better vacuum. The battery charge lasts longer and the vacuum is stronger on the B&D. I think the B&D also has a better filter. I have had the B&D 2 years and the Delonghi 1 year. The B&D is still going strong while the motor has failed on the Delonghi and the battery no longer holds a charge. I noticed fine dust that sucked through the filter on the Delonghi... more info

I've had this little vacuum for about 6 months now. It's great for little messes when you don't want to get the big vacuum out.
The battery lasts forever on a charge. The only con is that, it's hard to take it apart to empty it out.
Besides that, it's definately worth the money.
Powerful and easy to carry:
I was impressed with the strength of the suction and with the fact that it hold the charge for a long time. Sometimes pulling apart the top cover to empty the dirt can be difficult. I fear that I may break it since it is only made out of plastic.
Don't bother:
Either I got a dud, or this is the weakest darn "vacuum" I've ever used. Basically, I had to hold it upright and drop things into it to get it to "vacuum." Save your money.
