Editorial Review:
The Ladder Boss Tool Bag lets you take your tools up to the top of your stepladder, saving the time and hassle of climbing up and down to fetch extra tools. Its free-standing design means you can also rest on floors or workbenches. The bag includes 4 hammer loops, 4 ties, 13 tool pockets, and a holster for drills or bits. The top panel holds small items such as pencils and nuts, while the easy carry handle and adjustable clip-on padded shoulder strap provide easy mobility. A quick-release ladder strap secures the bag to the ladder hands, and the large pouch holds up to a 5-gallon bucket.

Saves a lot of trips up and down a ladder:
I like Bucket Boss. They make a good product and are innovative in what they produce. You typically can get more for your buck with Bucket Boss. This ladder organizer is more than I expected. You can carry it up the ladder easily (loaded) and put it in place easily. This is a winner.
Ladder Boss:
Ladder Boss 90202 Tool BagI keep this on the top of my 4 foot ladder and filled with most used tools. That way, when i need to use it another ladder, it is already filled and easy to move to the next ladder. It is very well constructed and large enough to hold most tools that I need on a ladder.
