Customer Review: It works perfectly well. I have two minor complaints. One is that there is no real on/off switch. If you have it plugged in, and the heat dial at minimum, it still heats. Customer Review: We have tried other juicers but this is the best for lemons, limes, oranges, and grapefruit. It has a choice of two reamer sizes to use, it's inexpensive, and reliable.
Customer Review: I bought this cause I loved the idea of the front loading. However I am having the same problem of the leaking from the back. Coffee pools on the burner leaving a stinky dirty mess.
I can get another from Delonghi but I am not sure I want to pay them $10 to ship me another one that may have... more info
