Editorial Review:
1"-2" x 1/2", 16 Gauge, Medium Crown Stapler With Cycle Rate Of 20 Fasteners/Second, Tool Free Jam Clear, Tool Free Indexed Depth Adjustment, Tool Free 360 Degree Exhaust, Trigger Lock Off.
Time-saving, hassle-free adjustments top the list of what we like about this stapler. Add to that the fact that it can work faster than a human can, and you've got a fantastic tool. Its low air-consumption rate lets it fire up to 20 staples a second, though none of us are up to that speed. It's lightweight yet terrifically rugged, handles beautifully and the grip feels good in your hand. But here's the best part: You'll have virtually no down time clearing the inevitable jams because the sturdy latch on the nosepiece flips open simply and easily, allowing access to clear out any bent fasteners. Adjust the 360-degree exhaust with a twist of your hand, channeling hot air and dust away from you and your crew. Our favorite tool-free feature here, though, is the indexed depth adjustment. It's lockable, thereby repeatable, so you get the perfect depth setting every time. The nose design is less cluttered, so you get a nice clear line of sight for exact placement. The gun comes with a bump-fire trigger, but a sequential trigger's included, too. When you're done working, the trigger lock-off keeps everybody safe.--Kris Jensen-Van Heste

sheathing stapler:
This was the deal of a lifetime. great value for a great tool. This was such a good deal I was suspicious at first but I have used the stapler on several houses without a flaw and I couldnt be happier. I even bought one for a friend. You cant go wrong here. It would have been nice if it came with a case but a great value as it is.

I haven't used this stapler for more than a couple of hours so far. I purchased the staples suggested by the Amazon website. No problems. Very happy with the performance and price.
Review of The DeWalt Construction stapler:
When I read the reviews for this product, all three said they had jamming/feeding issues. I figured for the price (compared to a Pasload) and the DeWalt name I'd give it a try anyway. It's proved to be a good preformer. I've put 1 box of staples (10,000) through it and it has preformed flawlesly. There is alot more plastic on this model than a
Pasload but it seems ok. Bottom Line so far so good and I think I made a good decision.
DeWalt D51431 Heavy-Duty 1-Inch to 2-Inch 16-Gauge 1/2-inch Medium Crown Stapler:
I have used this product on the last couple of jobs that I have done and it is an excellent tool. I have used a Stanley Bostitch older style and newer style many times, and in my opinion the DeWalt is much better. For about $250.00 less. I have not had one jam and that was a reoccurring problem with the Bostitch. It is lightweight and easy to handle. Great Product!
