Christmas wish satisfied:
My husband had expressed a wish for the LeCreuset enameled grill pan prior to Christmas. He had seen it used on Food Channel shows, and thought it would really improve his cooking. He's tried it several times since Christmas, and is extremely pleased with the pan. He likes the "grill marks" on the meat, the even distribution of heat across the pan, and the easy clean-up.
