Not all that:
For the money this is not a very good product. It takes as much elbow grease to clean with as without it. I find it gives off way too much water so that you are having to use a lot of drop clothes to keep other items from getting soaked. For windows it was a flop even with the soap and for tile in the bathroom well it just isn't a very good product for heavy cleaning. Perhaps once the heavy cleaning is done it would be ok for keep up but as far as I'm concerned it was a waste of money.
Nice Product:
We recently purchased after watching a show that featured it for cleaning counter tops. However after playing with it for awhile to our surprise it cleans most anything with stubborn dirt ie: grout,tile backsplash in kithen,windows,soiled door areas. Did not think it would do much on the floors but it works wonderfully. The only thing that I would recommend is to purchase extra pads for the mop feature. Also as previous reviews have mentioned - have a towel or two handy for the extra water clean up.

I bought the EURO-PRO EP923 Steam Cleaner in April 2006.
I have cleaned everything in the house; bathrooms, showers, kitchen and pantry floors. Attachments included for every job. It cleaned tile grout like new with the concentrator.
It is the best household purchase I have ever made. It is FANTASTIC!
I was surprised to find ordering the part, soap, and other supplies so easy and reasonably priced. Two thumbs up for the Shark!

Offers great cleaning but you need patience...:
I have had the Euro-Pro for over 3 years now. I absolutely love the work it does. It easily removes soap scum, stains in the sink, grimy grease on the stove and kitchen cabinets and cleans shower doors well. The only downfall is the waiting period. Before re-filling you have to observe the cooling period, otherwise you might risk the chance of burning yourself from the hot steam. This process can take upto 15-20 minutes.
