Shaft Length Not As Advertized:
Buffer just arrived directly from Amazon. Seemed like a pretty good deal since the thing is heavy and shipping was free. Trouble is that the measured length of the 5/8" arbor shaft is only 2 inches, not 3 inches as stated in the product description. I had already ordered buffs intending to stack them on the shaft. They now won't fit, so I'll have to figure something else out. Buyer beware.
Great value, some minor issues.:
It's a nice large machine, and seems to run smooth. Mine came with a bunch of sleeves to fit over the 1" shaft, as well as four sets of flanges; 2 1", and 2 5/8". I plan on using mine as a buffer, but you can't use more than two buffs on the stubby 5/8" portion of the shaft; about 1" of buff thickness is the maximum. This might be a real concern if you plan on doing any real buffing or polishing. A special nut will be necessary to be able to gang as many buffs on the one inch shaft as necessary,... more info

Nice Machine. An obvious copy of the Baldor unit at half the price. Only complaint was label was messed up on machine.
jet sander buffing machine:
Quality built runs smooth and quiet all the power you'll ever need .Only problem that I had was locating the right accesories such as the pneumatic sanding drums , buffing wheels and proper size sleeves. Amazon could offer a more easy source for these items.
