Awesome Product:

I recently received this chef's knife and I find it very sharp and well made. It is noticably sharper than my older Wustoff knives and the blade is nice and wide for scooping items off the cutting board. It was sharp enough to effortlessly cut paper thin slices from some stringy leftover steak tips that I pulled out of the fridge for fajitas. The grip is rather large which may not be great for those with small hands but it is a rubbery non-slip surface that would make it great for commercial applications. I... more info
