Wont hold a charge, wont return email.:

The battery would not hold a charge. The problem however is that the supplier,Quality Distributing LLC wont respond to my emails.
I received the battery, used it once before it needed a charge. The battery would not recharge. I have another older battery that will recharge so I know its not the battery charger.
I contacted the company through Amazon's website and have not received ANY response. Amazon did send me an automated response indicating that they forwarded my feedback.

Fast shipping and item was as described, worked fine in my older model drill that originally had a lower voltage battery.

14.4V BATTERY FOR 3610:

The battery works just fine for me. I used it on an older Bosch cordless drill that required a slightly less voltage but no problems.
