None better for the price:
Easy to use, although needs a little strength. My wife cannot slice apples with this.

This is a very good slicer, helps when you are dealing with lots of apples, like making applesauce, this was the first thing that I used it for, or making a pie, and is very good too when you are just getting one apple for eating, the core almost always came out in one piece, and makes very nice slices too!
time saver:
It would be nice if it didn't get so much apple stuck in the cracks, but it can handle large apples, it's comfortable to use, and it saves a lot of time when making apple pie.
Wonder tool:
I use to hate having to cut up apples for my 6 year old now it's a breeze. My mom bought one from a different manufactor and it can't handle larger apples. This one is the perfect size and cleans up easily in the dishwasher.
