Based on designs from Lenox artist Louise de Luyer, Butterfly Meadow's dinnerware set mixes and matches a variety of meadow scenes, each featuring a species of butterfly with a different bloom. Among the pictured butterfly varieties, there are colorful Swallowtails, Monarchs, Eastern-Tailed Blues, Orange Sulphers, and even a dragonfly here and there. Not just butterflies!:
Nice set of dishes. But be advised... besides the butterflies the pattern includes a cute little honey bee. During dinner, it was a little unsettling to see out of the corner of my eye what might have been a fly on my plate! We still like the dishes but wish we had selected a different pattern.
