Overpriced and not guaranteed: Very expensive. Very heavy. Enamel does not last. Doesn't honor guarantee. Bad customer service. Wonderful product: This French Oven is just the right size for the two of us. I can fill it halfway for a typical meal, or make a double recipe in order to freeze some for another time. It browns things well, goes easily from stove-top to oven, holds the heat in during long simmering, cleans up quickly with a little soak in warm water, and looks great. I have owned some other products from Le Creuset, and they never disappoint. Use It Constantly: I received this as part of a set from my husband, who knew I'd been drooling over the Le Creuset lineup for years now. If you're like me and can't visualize 3 1/2 quarts, the pot is about 8 1/2" in diameter and just under 4" deep. I use this all the time and couldn't be happier - food cooks evenly and stays plenty hot enough for second helpings, and it all cleans up with soap and water. The handles on the sides do get hot so be careful with those. The color on mine is a little brighter than I'd expected but...
