Nice Looking/Plenty to Drink!:

I like the size and looks of these cups (I purchased 3), they go in the microwave, dishwasher, and look and feel sturdy. The decoration is nice and can easily be accepted as part of one's collection. The size is perfect for large cups of hot beverages and that is why I rate it 5 Stars. I thought the price was very good plus the buy 3 get the 4th free clinched the deal for me. Amazon can't seem to deliver these:

The dishes I would rate a 5 but, even though Amazon's website continues to say that they are in stock, I still have not received an order I placed in January and now was notified that they would not ship until July. I had this problem the last time I ordered Pfaltzgraff from Amazon, they said they were in stock but didn't receive them for months and only then after complaining directly to customer service. I had hoped that was a fluke but it's happening again (very unusual for Amazon). Love the price but... more info
