Krups Belgian Waffle Iron:
I've owned this waffle iron for several years and use it weekly, it has had a lot of use over that time period. It is reliable, I can set my kitchen timer for 4 minutes and my waffles will be done. Use the front tab to open and remove the waffle. The tab locks in place for storing. I don't advise using the handles they get hot. Great when it Works:
This is the second one I've owned. The first lasted almost three years the second one about a year. They make fine waffles, however there is no timer or browning settings. If you over add the recipe, it will make a mess. The biggest issue is reliability. The first just died, no lights nothing. This one the lights come on but it no longer heats. I believe it has a faulty safety. I never immersed them just wiped them down.
