Arrived in the mail, it never turned on or heated at all. So, back to the manufacturer it went.

Great product!:

This was a gift for my son at college, and he took it back to school and reports that he loves it! It is easy, easy to clean, cooks evenly and he considers it to have been a great gift.
I have a slow cooker that is a different brand and this one appears to cook much more evenly.

Works Great!:

Euro-Pro Rocks! I've used this product weekly (two to three times a wk) and it has worked perfectly. The digital timer is so simple to use. It works in 30 minute increments so it's easy to increase your time count. The inside of the crock is very durable and roomy; very easy to clean. I use Pam Spray inside of it rather than the crock liners, it's cheaper plus it's easier for me anyway.
The crockpot has a count up for "keep warm" when it's done cooking the item and that works really nice. We were late... more info

This cooker is wonderful. It is big enough to take care of a big family and or a party. Does a great job and easy clean up.
