I used these bags for over a year and grew to pretty much hate them. First of all the pencil holder is about an inch deep so your pencil will fall out every couple hours or so. The stitching rips out if your chisel is sharp. The swivel hammer loop flops around and you loose your hammer. the belt itself is one size fits all, if you weigh like 300# it probably fits perfect I had to tie a knot in mine to get it to close.
