The CX-CD241 owes its audio performance to its 1-bit digital-to-analog converter, which ensures a clean CD sound, and its pair of wide-ranging side speakers. Cheap product:

I purchase this product to replace an an older, now broken radio/CD player. I found it to be fairly flimsy, and it does not have digital tuning, which was not made clear in the product description.

Tempramental!:

The radio works fine but the CD player only works when it feels like working. Sometimes it plays, sometimes it just spins for a second after you close the lid then stops. Sometimes the display works, sometimes it doesn't. It's very frustrating.

Total junk:

Couldn't receive radio signals clearly. Tuning and volume controls are on the back of the unit. While it look nice, it is completely useless. I returned mine while I still could and will try another brand.

LP:

This is a great little CD player! I purchased it for my 6 year old daughter's b-day gift from mom and dad (with a CD from our dog.) She absolutely loves it. The sound is surprisingly good, especially for its small size and price. It's so easy for her to carry around with her and the functions are simple to use. I highly recommend it.
