The Stabila Contractor's Level has a rugged, easy-to-grip 48-inch contoured box beam frame and is ideal for framing, trim carpentry, and tile applications. This level uses a patented epoxy system to lock the vials into the frame and keep them permanently calibrated; the 3 included acrylic vials (1 horizontal and 2 vertical) with internal spring steel hairline indicators are guaranteed to never break, leak, or fog for life-long reading accuracy. What's to say? Stabila levels are perfect, beautifully crafted, and the standard. I've only been working construction for a short time, but you can tell a carpenter by his tools, and when working with industry professionals who've been building for over 40 years, you tend to notice and mimic their choice in tools.
