Editorial Review:
Pfaltzgraff Ruby red set of four 10-oz. pedestal mug has an inviting shape to serve your favorite hot beverages. Coffee, tea, spiced cider and more will look festive in this solid red mug. Each Pfaltzgraff handle is made separately to stay cool.
A 2005 addition to the Pfaltzgraff family, Winterberry Ruby helps celebrate the 15th anniversary of the popular Winterberry holiday pattern. Ruby employs the same shape as Winterberry, with scalloped edges and an appealing bas-relief scrolling leaf design, but with one major difference--the new dinnerware is solid red. With limitless possibilities, the red Ruby pieces mix and match as accents with regular Winterberry, which is snowy white with green holly and red berries, or with Winterberry Emerald, which is solid green. Or, Ruby stands dramatically on its own as a full set.
A great gift for the tea or coffee drinker, the four bright red 10-ounce pedestal mugs in this set will rarely stay in the cupboard during cold months when hot cocoa and mulled cider are also in demand. Made of durable stoneware, the mugs heat drinks in the microwave, can go into the oven or freezer if need be, and slip into the dishwasher for carefree cleanup, a definite convenience during the busy holiday season. Pfaltzgraff covers all its stoneware with a five-year warranty. --Ann Bieri

Fast delivery:
I add to my collection of Pfaltzgraff Winterberry dishes each year. These were a last minute purchase this year for the Holidays. Once ordered, they were before I knew it.
Ruby Red Mugs:
The picture and the description of these mugs made me think I was ordering the Holly and Berry pattern that my sister collects. The mugs that arrived were ruby red. I shipped the mugs back hoping for an exchange for the correct mugs. This didn't happen because they don't have the holly and berry pattern. I lost money on this (my shipping) and had to scramble for another Christmas gift!
