This is a circular saw case:

The box that this case comes in is labeled "Circular Saw Carrying Case." However someone at Bosch or Amazon put another label on the box that states it is the plastic carrying case for Bosch's random orbit sander/ polisher.
A search on the internet for "Bosch 2610968882" shows that it is the case for Bosch 1654, 1655, 1657, and 1658 circular saws.
This case can be used for the sander, but the inside is still molded for the circular saw, extra saw blades, and a guide.
