good the second time around:
This product is great of course! However, Amazon didn't package it well, and it came in a 1,000 pieces the first time...they were amazing in the process, and quickly resent a new one and packaged it much better the second time, but kind of a pain! it was a gift and i'm glad it came on time for the wedding shower.
pie plate review:
Product arrived on time & I have used it quite a few times & love it. I needed a bigger, deeper pie plate and this is perfect.
Wonderful pie dish!:
Le Creuset is always a great investment! The interior cleans easily if you have conditioned the plate as you should before it's first use (lightly oiling it with olive oil, baking it, etc. --see intructions). It has a sturdy feel and is a good color for most pies.
A great plate!:
This is a really nice dish, but it takes a LOT of material to fill it. You'd better have some friends around to help you eat the pie!
