HEPA Replacement Filter:

Our vacuum cleaner was starting to have a special (unpleasant) smell, even immediately after changing the bag, so I read the manual and realized the HEPA filter was to blame and needed to be replaced. I read reviews about the HEPA filters with Arm & Hammer and some reviewers complained that the filters added a smell of their own and that it wasn't desirable. The filter was as advertised (no surprises) and delivery was very prompt. The larger filter was shipped free while the small filter which was a very small foam type was shipped for a fee much higher than the cost of the product. It would have fit in an regular envelope All in all, still very pleased with the transaction.

This is the Arm & Hammer Version:

I ordered this specifically because it did NOT say, "Arm & Hammer". I had seen mixed reviews about that particular kind and wanted to go standard. My package arrived, though, and it WAS the A&H version. I haven't tried it yet to see if it has the "odor" that other reviewers have mentioned but the details of the product really should be made more specific.
