Wow, great risotto pan:

Being enameled cast iron, this thing gets very hot very evenly. I have moved cheese sauces to another saucier because of the heat factor. Non-cheese based sauces to tremendously in this saucier.
It heats so evenly and the inside has no seams or corners for sauce to hide in. I have found that it handles risotto fantastically!

Gorgeous and functional:

Those familiar with Le Creuset know that this cookware is one of the best money can buy. This saucier is no exception. This pot was designed for making sauces with its shallow edges -- perfect for reduction sauces! It is also very easy to clean. I love it!

LOVE IT!:

This is almost too pretty to cook with. Nothing has ever stuck to it. It is so easy to clean that I love using it and I really love cooking more. The lid is also a great fit. I wish I could get one in every color and size. You won't regret this purchase! Perfect size too: not too small, not too big.

Great saucier. Make the investment!:

We received this saucier as a wedding gift from a friend, and she really knew what she was doing when she bought this pan! The heat distribution on this thing is incredible, so you don't get the typical "hot" and "cold" spots as you would with cheaper cookware. The weight is substantial, but not too much even for a petite person such as me to handle, lift, or hand wash.
