Great Value Priced Peeling Knife:

I purchased this knife as part of a 3 knife set. It has an unusual reverse or hooked point and is sometimes called a bird's beak peeler. It is useful for removing thin skins from fruits for example. I am very happy with my set in use, looks and durability. These Emerilware by Wusthof knives are light weight yet sturdy and well designed.
