I have been using these pans for about 2 weeks and am extremely happy with them. They do all that is promised.
Just as nice as the cookware set:
I ordered these as an addition to my KitchenAid Hard Anodized cookware set. They are great! The little one is perfect for a single serving. The larger one is great for stir-fry type meals and has high sides that helps keep everything in the pan. They clean up great and I've had no problems with the non-stick coating. I do try to take care of my cookware and hand wash everything, so I don't know how they do in the dishwasher. Kitchenaid skillet pack:
These pans are fairly light weight and heat evenly. The handle stays cool. They are not quite the diameter advertised. The sides are deeper and slope in more than I anticipated. I am not giving the product 5 stars because of this which makes the actual cooking surface smaller.
Good Value and Performance:
I've been using these pans for several weeks now and I've so far had no issue with them. Food seems to cook evenly and the pans heat up in an average time. I would recommend these for anyone who is looking for a non-stick everyday cookware. The only downside to this product are the rivets for the handles are on the inside of the pan.
