Editorial Review:
This 10-inch Skillet is indispensable for sauteing veggies and fish, searing meat and preparing eggs, and when not in use, the mirrored polished pan is beautiful enough to display on your stovetop or hang from a rack. Made from a durable, heavy gauge aluminum that is sandwiched between two layers of stainless, it offers uncompromising cooking performance, whether you cook every day or every hour. Easy to clean, these pans have a thumb indent on the long, Cool V handles for ease of use and are well balanced to ensure you won't tip or spill pan contents. Interior is softly brushed to mask any signs of wear and tear. Calphalon Tri-Ply is an affordable and worthwhile investment for cooks of all levels.

LIGHTWEIGHT:
1st time I used this pan browning link sausage the inside pan bottom got a burned on, bronze film that was *very* difficult to remove. in fact, there is still a slight residue. i attribute this to the lack of extra thickness on the pan bottom. this feature is typical on other quality pans. I suspect the heat transfer was too much although i had the burner on "low." I admit to trying to save a buck vs. "All-clad" brand but wish i hadn't
Perfect Pan:
Originally bought the smaller size to make omlets. Loved it so much that I got this size for larger meals. I use it for everything. The quality and weight are excellent.
I don't have to worry about the poisons that "coated/Teflon" pans put out when heated.
Great Value:
This is an excellent value and a hell of a sound product. You cannot go wrong with pan. I recommend it to anyone, in fact, I purchased one for my mother after being utterly satisfied.

I purchased the pan here, from Amazon, received it 2 days ago. Used it the first night and had some chicken fond stuck to the bottom of it. I put about a 1/2" of water in it to soak overnight. The next morning I noticed a very slight brown coloration in one of the rings on the interior wall of the pan. I thought it was just a scrape from a utensil,... more info
