Editorial Review:
An unusual achievement, Mambosa flatware from Cambridge Silversmiths manages to combine sophistication and playfulness in one attractive design. Crafted from pleasantly weighty 18/8 stainless steel, the pattern features bamboo-inspired handles that transition to subtly curved blades, bowls, and tines. The styling is charmingly detailed, especially in the dinner knife, and a gleaming mirror finish completes the look.
With 45 pieces in all, this Mambosa set includes eight place settings, each with a salad fork, a dinner fork, a dinner knife, a soupspoon, and a teaspoon. A service set is also included and consists of a serving spoon, a slotted serving spoon, a serving fork, a butter knife, and a sugar spoon. Durable enough for everyday use, Mambosa is also suited to festive entertaining. For easy cleanup, the pattern is safe in the dishwasher and never needs polishing. --Emily Bedard

WOW!!!:
Beautiful bamboo design, tastefully done, very heavy flatware. I bought 2 (45)piece sets and just love them. Very satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an alternative to the expensive bamboo flatware out there.
These are not 18/10; stay far away, these are a complete waste of money and most likely hazardous to your health:
I purchased this set about 5 months ago and already many, many pieces are discolored permanently and at least one has a spot that somehow lost its outermost layer of metal and has a 'hole' in it with a rusty center. It's shocking how low quality this flatware is. There is no way it is made of the metals claimed. Silverware is not supposed to rot and discolor within 6 months. It probably contains lead. The flatware looks nice and is heavy but it is ultra low quality and probably hazardous to your... more info
Bamboo flatware:
The Mambosa bamboo flatware is lovely. Very heavy and well balanced. Amazon pricing is far far below the two retail stores where I saw it.
I would recommend this flatware.
Simply Beautiful:
It is simple but nice, love the way it looks and feel. It is not light weight.
