Too fragile and does not maintain a hot beverage:

I purchased a set of these with the expectation they would keep my morning latte hot long enough for me to drink it. First, one arrived broken and is being replaced. Second, the glass only was able to keep my beverage warm, not hot, for 45 minutes. If you read the description carefully, it first says; "the glass is held together tighter, resulting in a stronger glass" however it goes on to tell you all the ways to "be gentle with the glass". I love these glasses, the do not sweat. And although they seem fragile they seam to hold up fine.

I first ordered a set of these for a coffee shop I was managing. They are beautiful and adds a real luxury to espresso making. Our customers loved them and the staff loved using them.
I then ordered a set for myself to have at home. I love pulling a shot into them. they are beautiful. Also, very helpful in teaching staff what a proper shot should look like because you can see the 3 leves of the shot clearly.
