Great choice for non-stick or otherwise!:
I know it seems a bit expensive, anything from Henckels is worth every last penny....they're really nice and solid feeling, look elegant, and last forever. The handles are also a high-point, in that they don't get hot at all, have a nice heat-proof grip on them, and look classy. I've had more than one occasion in which I accidentally left it on a hot burner (we have a flat top stove), but they're doing great, despite nearly a year of use and at least 100 trips through the dishwasher in... more info
Better than average spoon.:
As to function, this is above average. But the finishing was poor. I'm surprised this manufacturer would produce, or allow to be produced, such sub-standard workmanship.
