Good:
This vacuum cleaner is great. I had a cheap, standup vacuum cleaner before, but that was terrible, especially because it was bagless, so it was a nightmare to clean that thing. This one is small, light and silent, even on the max setting (6 power settings it has). It also comes with 2 bags included already. it might be a bit pricey compared to the other brands, but I'm 100% sure that the price-quality ratio is the highest.
Finally I got a vaccum that really works:
I've had the Dyson vacuum for 3 years and I don't know why it took me so long to change it. This miele is excellent compared to dyson. It is light, it really sucks everything in the corners without having to change to the small device. It doesn't have high noise. I love it. It is better to spend a little more on this one and really have the work done. for carpets and floor it is giving me perfect results.

Had a new Dyson...hated it!! Miele is a dream in comparison...all the good and none of the bad... light, rolls easily, REALLY cleans, fits under things, retractable cord, quiet. Could not ask for any better!!
Great vacuum for hardwood floors:
After a year of using a Swiffer to clean my hardwood floors, I wanted to get something that would speed up the process of cleaning my 1300 sq ft apartment. I saw the great reviews on this Miele model so I ordered this from Amazon. I already had a Miele Washer/Dryer set that I was very satisfied with and this vacuum cleaner lives up to the same standards. The canister rolls easily on my hardwood floors without scratching it.
