It's actually a 13HP Honda motor so the headline in the listing is incorrect. I'm rating it 5 stars because I only paid $1200 for this generator. The 13HP Honda motor that comes in it costs almost that much by itself. The current price is $1900 which is still a pretty good deal for Honda power bolted to a Hitachi generator, probably 4 stars at that price.
