Use constantly:

Several times a week. Very handy, especially considering how often we make fish in our home.

Smaller than I expected:

This is very nice quality but I expected it to be larger from the way it appeared in the picture. You can turn some small cutlets over in the pan but it didn't work well for fish fillets.

Great for eggs:

I like my fried eggs over easy to over medium- I want all the whites cooked, but the yolk should be runny enough to dip toast in. Mmmmmm. Prior to owning this spatula, I spent years frustrated by efforts to use a plastic spatula to successfully flip eggs without breaking the yolk (which ruins the dipability). Other people seem to have no problem with this simple task, but I always did it wrong and ended up with broken yolks.
