quick notes on pros and cons:
I have had this for a year or so. On the upside, the sizing is great: perfect size to heat dinner plates and to compliment stove work, I often use it to keep things toasty while other dishes finish up. The build quality feels pretty good with mechanical switches, etc. I think the value is pretty good considering the stainless steel construction and broiler pan included (which is a step up from some of the cheapos I've seen). Worst oven ever made!:
This is by far the worst oven I have ever owned. For starters, the look in person is not as sleek as pictured. The metal was dull in spots and discolored if you looked closely. ( should've returned it then)

Before this product, I had a simple (and cheaper) Black & Decker toaster oven that lasted for over 4 years.
Also while it did work, the door sometimes wouldn't open all... more info
POS!:
Very, very bad. Can't toast at all. Flimsy controls. Very cheap feeling. Laughably expensive for what you get.
