May be harmfull to non-bluecore batteries:
The fast charging speed is extremely helpful, especially if you happen to be using a generator and prefer to keep it off most of the time. With the ability to provide one fully charged battery every 15 minutes, even a small crew has a hard time working faster than this charger. While this says it is compatible with non-bluecore batteries, mine get mighty hot when charged with this. I have used battery tools (drills & saws) almost daily for years. My rule has been to always been if I am using a tool always be charging an extra battery for that tool at the same time. Now I don't have to be as carfull the shorter charge time is way more of an inprovement than I would have thought.
