A very decent water dispenser:

This is my first Haier product. I've had this for a couple weeks and it has been working great. When you first turn the cold water switch on, it takes about 10-15 mins to get cold, but if you leave it on it's cold all the time. Same with the hot water, it takes about 5 minutes or so to heat up.
One problem i've noticed (minus the one star) is that when you have both hot and cold water switches on, both the hot water and cold water compete for ready access. This is not a big deal, so I usually just... more info

So Far, So Good:

We've only had the dispenser for about a month now, so I don't know how valuable my opinion really is. Nevertheless, no problems thus far. The design is slightly confusing, not in respect to putting the base together, that was pretty straightforward, took only 15-20 minutes. But the base is made out of thin plastic panels, on which you place the 25-30 pound water filter machine, and then on top of that goes the 5 gallon jug of water. Hot water is oh soooo hot and cold water works great. Highly recommend. Well worth the money.

Perfect for a classroom.:

I bought this unit when I was moved to the bungalows at my school and wanted a way to have hot water for instant coffee and cold water for the many days when our room a/c is broken. For the three months that I've had it so far, it's been great. I like the fact that I can turn the power off on the unit for evenings or weekends (just adds good peace of mind), and switch it on in the mornings for quick hot water and refreshing cold water throughout the day.
