Customer Review: It does stick a great deal if you don't season it occasionally. And true, its an odd shape. I have an old old stove with tiny burners right now, and it takes close to 10 minutes to heat up evenly on these awful gas burners, and doesn't do a great job if you put a second batch on right away because... more info
