Lifetime of enjoyment ahead:
I've been watching this pot on Amazon ever since Caribbean Blue came out in this size. It's perfect for a medium roast and veggies, soups or stews, etc. It's a deep caribbean blue with traditional beige inside. The pot is approx. 10 1/2 inches across the top opening and 4 1/2 inches deep. Not to big -- not too small. You'll be grabbing this pot for almost everything you do.
rough edges:
I was so excited to finally have my Le Creuset pot. When I opened it, the first thing I noticed was how rough the edges of the pot and lid were. For all that money, I expected better craftsmanship.
Simply the best:
A perfect tool for the serious cook. It hardly ever gets put away. Perfect browning, even heating, easy to clean. Who could ask for more?
