Purchased this over a month ago, had it 3 days and it stopped working. Now I am still waiting on DeLonghi to send me a replacement.......NOT good customer service

Great little heater:

I got this heater to use in my home office. I close the door and, even on low setting, it stays nice and toasty. It saves a ton of energy because I can turn the thermostat way down on the rest of the house during the day. This radiator is not designed to heat fast and it doesn't. But it does provide silent, gentle radiant heat that doesn't dry out the air. I just set the timer to come on about an hour before I start work. GREAT!!!!:

When I got the DeLonghi I plug it in and it took like about 15 minutes to heat BUT...After that It realy works and warms 2 rooms easy,
I got 2 of them so it's enough for the winter!

Great little radiator:

This heater works wonderfully, is a great compact size, and has some great features (three different power levels, a thermostat, and a timer).
I use it in my 15x15 Master bedroom, which is a cold-spot in my house. The timer feature is great! I just set it to come on about an hour before bedtime, and by bedtime it is warm and toasty.
