WTF:

One problem with this item. Does anyone else have this problem? Half the time, the unit shuts off after one tank is empty, rather than switching over to the second tank! Many mornings, I have woken up to find the humidifier off - with a whole other full tank sitting there doing nothing! I've done everything the manual told me to do. I even get down on the floor and check for air bubbles to make sure that each tank is positioned correctly every time I do a refill. This is my first double-tank humidifier, is... more info

Love my new Honeywell Humidifier:

I bought this item because of the name brand of the product and was very happy with the purchase. I've used this item for a couple of years now and the only problem that I had with it was a small rattle when the unit was running. A small piece of foam under the fan unit took care of the problem.

Awesome humidifier; could be improved though.:

This thing rocks as a humidifier. We keep our house at 50% humidity and it works great. However, No joke the first time we went to fill the water jug it slipped out of my wifes hand and fell in the sink and split the plastic of one of the jugs for water. This is something that I think should be improved. We ordered a new one for $20 and used some plastic epoxy to seal the old "new" one to use as a spare.

I live in a desert climate. I suffer allergy from spring until the first snow, so I need not only a humidifier and also an air washer too. Last year I went to Bed Bath & Beyond to buy an air cleaner, but the sale person recommend me to buy a humidifier with air wash function. I bought a small Venta and very happy with it.
