Poor packaging, good glasses:
These and the other Tabla highball glasses are not packaged well enough to be shipped. They come with styrofoam on top and bottom but nothing protecting them from each other, therefore one glass from each of my 2 boxes was shattered, leaving me with 6 glasses. Since I got one set free on promotion, and I otherwise like their weight and feel, I'm going to keep them. But if receiving all intact is your goal (and why would it not be?) then unfortunately, don't buy these online.
Classy and practical:
I love the simple elegance of these glasses, and they are large enough to keep everyone hydrated without multiple trips to the refreshments table.
Tall drinking glasses:
These glasses are great if you want sizeable quantities of liquids in the glass to circumvent frequent trips to the refrigerator. They barely fit under the ice dispenser and have to go into the dishwasher a certain way, but they're good at what they're designed to do, which is hold a lot of beverage. We're happy with them.
